Our bandanas are triangle shaped with a curved wrap around tie on closure for your pets comfort. Every bandana is reversible meaning you get two different prints in one. We also use 100% cotton material and double stitch to ensure the sturdiness of our products. All of our bandanas are finished with a logo of authenticity. 

Please refer to our size guide to ensure the best fit for your pet. For size reference, our CEO is roughly 60 lbs and wears a size medium in all of our Luna Grace bandanas.

When placing an order through Luna Grace, please consider the following:

• Ensure you have measured your pet’s neck or collar size. Refer to our size guide if needed.
• If you choose to add your pet’s name or special message, please ensure spelling is correct. We will print the name or message exactly as left in the order note section.
• When checking out please ensure your shipping information is correct. If you make a mistake please message me as soon as possible so your order is properly shipped. No shipping address changes can be made once your order has been marked as shipped.

To ensure the longevity of your bandana hand wash only in cold water and lay flat to dry. Iron as needed on the reverse side to remove wrinkles. Do not iron directly on the personalization of your bandana. Doing so will result in the vinyl melting and potentially ruin your bandana. If you choose to machine wash your bandana it is advised that you use a delicates/lingerie bag and avoid putting your bandana in the dryer. Putting your bandana in the dryer may also ruin the vinyl and potentially ruin your bandana.

All of Luna Grace products are handmade and processing time may vary with each order. We strive to complete your order in 2-3 business days. After processing, we will ship your order and estimated delivery may take an additional 3-7 business days depending on the postal service. You will receive a tracking number once your order is complete and ready for shipment.

Luna Grace does not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is an issue with your order please send us an email within 24 hours of receiving your order and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Unfortunately Luna Grace cannot replace lost or stolen packages. After packages leave our possession, Luna Grace is not responsible for what may occur during transit with the designated carrier. Luna Grace relies on the carrier to deliver all packages in a timely manner. Please also understand that delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances. If lost or stolen packages occur, we encourage you to contact the carrier as they will be able to better assist you. Refunds will not be given for missing packages during transit as it is no longer in our control.

All of our products are handmade and may vary slightly between each individual item. This includes color, pattern placement, size, and shape of the products. Each item in our shop is individual and no two bandanas are the same making our products unique just like your pup!


Our products are not “pet proof”. Just like your pet’s toys, our products are subject to being torn and ripped if not handled properly. Please use your best owner’s judgement while using our products as Luna Grace. will not be held liable for any incidents that may occur while your pet is in use of our products. Do not leave your pets unattended while wearing our products. Always monitor your pet to ensure they are not uncomfortable or irritated while wearing our products. This behavior often leads to chewing, tearing, and destroying. Remove the products immediately at the first sign of misuse. Our bandanas are made with velcro to lessen the chance of harm that could potential occur while our products are in use. However, Luna Grace is not responsible for any damage due to misuse or unattended pets.
